Purchased tires on Walmart’s website. Showed up for my appointment and was told they cannot install them because they were one size larger than OEM. The Walmart website required I put in my vehicle information and it had no problem selling me the tire package.
We bought four tires here a few months ago through the website. They were for my sons new used car so we didn’t realize when ordering that two of the tires were not the same size and apparently the Walmart tire employees didn’t either because they tried putting them on and two of them fit and the other two did not fit. They returned the tires and we still have not gotten a refund. Im very impressed usually walmart or fast service places don't check everything when getting a oil change but they check my battery, transmission and other car parts for me. 5 stars
The absolute worst
I go to the one in Chesterfield, marketplace. I don't make appointments, I just go in. Sometimes there busy. I don't have any problems with them.
