I waited nearly 4 hours for an oil change today. They told me wait time was an hour and a half.I arrived around 10:15 am and they completed it at 1:55 pm. I jeep cherokee sat in the bay for hours with the hood open. Absolutely ridiculous. Lazy and slow moving staff. I was almost late picking up my child from school.
Hello, I came for a tire installation and one of the technicians had a very nasty attitude by the name of Daniel and said that he CAN'T AND WILL NOT do the service because he said that the stud was bent. However, the Manager Cory did a excellent job and should be get a huge raise on his salary. He was able to get the problem rectified and found out the stud had a little rust on it but wasn't bent. Purchased tires on Walmart’s website. Showed up for my appointment and was told they cannot install them because they were one size larger than OEM. The Walmart website required I put in my vehicle information and it had no problem selling me the tire package.
We bought four tires here a few months ago through the website. They were for my sons new used car so we didn’t realize when ordering that two of the tires were not the same size and apparently the Walmart tire employees didn’t either because they tried putting them on and two of them fit and the other two did not fit. They returned the tires and we still have not gotten a refund.
