4 hours the vehicle set in the shop before even being started. I purchased my own tires from good year website went to Walmart for the installation of two tires there was one car in the shop at service writing time. I had to get my tire replaced on Sunday when no one else was open. The employees were amazing getting me a new tire and out the door within a couple hours. Super grateful as I had a jammed backed week ahead.
No one answers the phone and you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the store before anyone is willing to help you at the counter
I got my tires done maybe a month ago. They put weights on the tires. I redid my pads and rotors in March, 2 weeks after having my tires put on brand new my driver side pad and rotor went. Not blaming them, I replaced the rotor, the pad, the caliper, the caliper mounting bracket and the rubber hose that feeds the brake fluid to the caliper. I don't have an issue with the other three tires but I'm still hearing something. From 6:00 to 6:30 I have called Walmart in Chesterfield 7 times. I waited nearly 4 hours for an oil change today. They told me wait time was an hour and a half.I arrived around 10:15 am and they completed it at 1:55 pm. I jeep cherokee sat in the bay for hours with the hood open. Absolutely ridiculous. Lazy and slow moving staff. I was almost late picking up my child from school.
