Oil change today, I can’t say if I agreed with the price, but the service was decent
Even after confirming I was ordering the correct tires with a mechanic. I still “ordered the wrong tires” Tire Discounters was leagues above in terms of service. Like $80 more* and actually walked and looked to confirm the tires would be correct. Also, It’s not up to me or any customer to try make your overworked people smile or bare minimum be helpful and not just say “oh it’s the system sowwy”. Michael, Chris, and Abdul, the 3 techs who worked on my truck so meticulously after I told them about how many lug nuts and studs I’d broken in the past. It was close to closing time but they absolutely everything by the book and took their time. I know my truck will be safe going down the road thanks to them listening to my concerns and suggestions. Thank you!
