Went in today with an appt for 7am for oil change. No one there, a girl came and checked me in at 7:10 and said if nobody shows up, I’m locking the door in 10 minutes. Went upfront to try to find a manager, had two rude employees tell me they did not have a manager. Went back and a few guys had straggled in so they actually began my car at 7:40. I am in for Indiana for a week for work and was having issues with one of my new tires went to the Walmart in Hermitage And hands-down, some of the best service so kind, fast efficient they were just amazing
Candy the customer service representative was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My oil change was done quickly and the service tech was friendly. I received updates from Walmart during the wait period. At checkout Candy rang up my other items she held onto for me which made the process so much faster. I will definitely bring the other car up for an oil change.
