Old man Randy is going to kill your business there Walmart. I went in for a walk in and I ended up making a reservation for the next day with Randy, the receptionist. He already had a slight attitude about, but I didn’t make anything of it. I show up the next day at the my scheduled time, and Randy said I wasn’t in the list, which he has written me down for. Fast service but at a price apparently... Didn't put the sticker on telling me when to return to service so I had to go back inside and ask for it. Also did not reset my maintenance required light. Shortly after the service, my tire light came on and after checking the tires the valve stem caps were not screwed back on correctly on at least 2 of the tires.
The customers service is a joke. They don't know anything about anything!
