I had a very bad experience at this establishment. Two weeks ago, I bought tires for my car and paid for installation. Today, one of the tires is completely flat. When I made the purchase, I was told there was a 60-day warranty, but when I returned to the shop, Ms. Karen was extremely rude and offered no help or solution. I find it unacceptable that they don’t honor their own warranty policy. They should train their staff better and significantly improve their customer service.
I came in around an hour before closing time as I had an issue with my tire on the highway and this was the closest place. I spoke with Bobby and he initially seemed helpful, however more concerned with closing up shop for the day. He agreed to look at it as my steering wheel was violently shaking at highway speeds and felt very unsafe. 30 mins later, he sent out Rich. Garbage place. Get here at 7am 1 car in the parking lot but they cant put 1 tire on because you dont have an appointment. What kinda crap is that
We came to buy a battery. We had a a bad terminal. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help us get it fixed. Service manager was also very friendly. I would highly recommend these guys. Very helpful and nice.
