Don’t answer & when they do they don’t know how to help on tire suggestion. Out of 8 calls someone answered once & put me on hold Sheila hey went and got help but the whole time I’m listing to them talk joke & watch TikTok from their phone. I started calling back and after 3 more tries I gave up. Ridiculous!!!
I have gotten my oil changed at this location several times before but today I showed up and they said they don't have my oil filter. Then said I could go get one and come back and they could do it. What's blowing my mind is they sent a reminder text yesterday but they couldn't send a text or phone call to let me know not to waste my time and gas driving up here??? I get one day off a week and this is the only time to get things like this done and now I have to wait til next week to go somewhere that actually carries oil fil... read more
The Walmart auto care center staff is very helpful and nice. They strive to work with you and your vehicle. They did a wonderful job.
I got a flat customer service said I can make you an appointment. Where I’m I supposed to go with a flat tire? I let them know I could wait. No need for attitude.
A bit of security there that suggests they have problems from time to time. But it was big and spacious and easy to get around.
