I drove up here yesterday, middle of the afternoon, for emergency tire replacement. They couldn’t fit me into the schedule. They scheduled me an appointment for today. I get off work at 5 so I told him I can’t be here until 5:30. He said that’s fine, but he has to schedule the appointment for 5 bc he can only schedule it on the hour, but he would make a note that I will be here at 5:30. Everytime I come in and need any work done Karen the lady running the register in the Auto center is so rude. The first time I thought she might be having a bad day but after coming back a few times I’ve realized that she is just miserable or just a very mean person. I’ve never encountered such a bad experience before in my life at a Walmart Auto Center.
Got an oil change at this location. Pretty fast service if you have an appointment. Waiting area is clean. Would recommend.
The tattooed girl at the desk was on slow bus up until she quit school in the 4 grade. She knows nothing about courtesy or much less customer service. As I waited at the front desk as she did nothing for a few minutes. She finally said my I help you. I responded and was told I would have make an appointment. I immediately looked at my calendar as she talked and talked and talked to her colleague. Finally I just left after being ignored. I got to the exit door and couldn’t get out . They don’t know what they’re doing. I think they are rookies probably. I suggest going to a different auto care location. The Nolensville pike location is more competent with auto care.
