This is by far the WORST service department I have been to. Ronald in the service department is rude and has no business being an automotive mechanic. Ronald was clueless!
These guys are quick and professional. I've been going here for years and always received reliable service. After experiencing my first ever issue with the work they did (while on a road trip), they took accountability and walked me through the steps to make sure my car would be taken care of. Not only did they refund the service, but they made sure my car was in good condition before leaving. Keith and Marcus went above and beyond to make sure the error was fixed and my car was okay.
