Lakeisha is extremely rude and had such a bad attitude I cancelled my oil change. After reading the reviews on here I’m very glad I did. Hopefully this review will save someone their money.
I was there a year ago, and my experience was terrible. Nobody even came to serve me. I just wanted to buy tires. I had ended up my shopping at this store and never came back. Now my life has brought me to this area again, and I wanted to change the oil for my car. Now, after reading so bad comments about this service I think I need to stay out of this auto service because that employer doesn't care about his business. They probably never read bad feedback for this shop.
The tires are good but the customer service is not much to be desired. One lady was rather rude but the other lady was very nice and hospitable.
Fair price, not to fast.
Zero stars if I could. I took my car here for an oil change. A month later, I end up stranded in the middle of downtown due to an oil leak. I had to have my car towed to a mechanic, who informed me that whomever had done my recent oil change (Walmart on Charlotte Pike), hadn't installed the oil filter correctly, which caused it be damaged to the point that there was a hole in it.
