Good service, and thanks to the team lead Jeremy is providing helpful and great customer service.
I didnt want to come here in the 1st place because Walmart isn't known anymore for quality auto services. Anyone can get a job at the auto service center, no certifications needed especially for oil changes. -Came in for a set of 4 tires. -had a new rim (factory) to replace a cracked rim.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE !! Walked in its 1 person in line its 8 AM in the morning btw & nobody else to check me out but another team leader ( STEVE ) checked someone out that wasn't in line and walked off on his phone just to get right back on his phone to talk to another customer. Mind you I was the only person sitting in line for 20-30 mins for a how you doing or hows you're day NO GREETING OR NOTHING just stares . I recently went to Walmart Auto Care for an oil change and fuel injection service, and it turned into a terrible experience. After they worked on my vehicle, my check engine light came on, and the car started having shaking and vibration issues. These problems did not exist before their service. When I went back and asked them to look at the issue they created, they refused to help or even check their work. No explanation, no customer service, nothing.
