I came in at 7:00am opening time yesterday. Bobby engaged with me right away to find out the needs of my visit. His greeting, customer service, and respect for my time was very much appreciated! However, during this visit, I discovered that there had been a lack of communication from my previous visit about the warranty on my tires. I had just purchased 4 new tires back in June. DO NOT go to this location for service. Rainy, Jacob and other staff members created a fiasco. I was told I would be compensated for two replacement tires due to an issue with another Walmart not doing their job correctly. I was told by upper management from two different departments the cost of the tires were covered. Fast forward to post vehicle service, they made it a whole ordeal, tried to take the tires off the car and call the police. WILL NEVER EVER get tires or service at another Walmart ever again. Just stopped in on our way to Florida because of a tire sensor issue but found a nail in it got the tire changed by Charane. Was taken care of very well by both Charane and Terry! Due to time issues we didn't get the sensor done but they were able to get our tire changed. She was able to see that we had a warranty on the tire and there for we were able to save money. She also took time to explain what was going on and even had to use an old school jack because of rust on my car. Whished we could have thanked her in person bu... read more

Worst experience ever. I took my wheels there because didn't want them to touch my vehicle which was best choice. These guys are idiots. I could write a book on everything they done wrong....
