Horrible service did not get any help looking for a product. Everyone was playing on their phones....
I purchased a battery for my car here and now needed a replacement. The yt female working at the desk did not render service. Her attitude was unbecoming therefore the energy she gave she received.
Okay I have no idea where to even start with these people. Don't ever take your car in there for service first I pull up and there's a guy hanging right by the back door smoking a cigarette .. little did I know that was one of the hard-working mechanics. First I go in and tell them yes I'm looking to get an oil change okay I guess I can check you in it's our little pad and goes I'm sorry we don't have any more appointments for the day. Don't bother trying to call, because no one answers. I tried multiple times with no luck! I even tried other departments to be transferred and still no one answered.
They have the worst customer service and the worst workers ever. I have never experienced any mistreatment that literally made me cry. They service my car twice back to back and left the motor cover unscrewed as I drive my car it felled down and starts to drag and makes very loud noise. The first time it happened my fiance and I stop the car and he had to find some small rope to tie it up so I can bring it back to them.
