I came in to get tires changed and was told I needed schedule an appointment. Call to make an appointment and the phone line rings endlessly. Supposedly you are meant to schedule on the app, but you have to choose your own tires to fit your car and I have no idea what I’m supposed to choose. They removed the human element which renders the auto center useless. Just pay more to go somewhere that will pick up the phone or take a walk-in.
