I scheduled an oil change appointment at Walmart Auto Care Center, which was already a bit odd considering they weren’t busy when I initially came in. Still, I set the appointment for the following day. When I arrived, no one greeted me or explained the process. If i could give this place negative stars i would. Whoever the Hispanic lady at the desk was very rude and very sarcastic.Came in early to see if the tires my gf had paid for online had came in and just went left from there. I think they that department maybe others as well need to take a course in customer service like why work in customer service industry with a bad attitude nobody made then choose that crappy job im just venting because its still fresh but do better Walmart
I love their services
Went in for small tire patch at 1pm. On a Tuesday. Tech says they can’t do it today. I could make an APPOINTMENT for tomorrow. Since when did a tire patch (20 min job) require an appointment. You suck walmart
