I have been a customer of Walmart Auto Care Center for several years in a few states and I have always been happy with the quality of the work they have done and great customer service I received. But, this location has become my most favorite of all times mostly because of Mr. Patrick at the front desk, who is always kind, caring, friendly, and very professional. Used the app to schedule an oil change. Everything was smooth and it was done promptly within the timeframe they said it would be. Waiting area was clean and I like how it is in same place as the tires. That's cool. Very satisfied. I'll be back for more business with this shop.
We scheduled an appointment and traveled to your location, only to be informed upon arrival that the requested oil change could not be performed. It would have been greatly appreciated if we had been notified of this issue in advance, as it would have prevented an unnecessary expenditure of our time.
Horrible experience here. Ordered two front tires for my car and made an appointment. Was there on time but there was a delay getting car in. Rude shop manager comes to me and says he is not going to install the tires because they don't know how to do it on my european model. I say I want a refund and I want it done at the store and they tell me they can't do that and I have to use the app on my phone and if I don't have the app I'll have to use my home computer.
