Horrible service mechanics don’t know what they are doing took my car in for an oil change and the screw came off the hood release under the steering wheel all they had to do was pick it up and they didn’t to top that off they let me sit for an hour thinking my car was being done while they refused service because of the hood
Disappointed. Made service appt for 430, they close at 7. Got there early and asked about adding tire rotation to it since I wasn't able to on the app when I scheduled. Lady said no that they were full for the day. I bought air filter and asked if they could change and she said yes. Got text that work was done about 5pm. Paid and then asked if they had changed airfilter and got a dumbfounded look. She said they needed to check. Needed tire changed had blowout, said they couldn't t do it dispite no cars in the bays and standing around talking at the register.
The automotive center is terrible. Rude employees and slow. Having an appointment means absolutely nothing
