They randomly refunded my tire, when I tried calling a guy named Steven answered and kept leaving the phone to go talk with other coworkers and didn’t even help me. When I went in for my appointment a guy named John told me his manager just refunded it and they couldn’t sell it to me. So much for customer service! They never answer their phone. What's the point of having a number if you're not going to answer it!!
My dad went to see if i could get a replacement battery for my car under the warranty and came across the sweetest guy ever!! Vincent helped out so much and was super sweet the entire time!!
These guys are lazy. Came in with 20 minutes to spare for a flat repair without a single other car there whatsoever. They said they didnt have time to do a Flat repair. They didnt have ANYONE there. Flat repair take minimal time. These guys are ridiculously lazy. Technician Abel trying to go home early instead of doing an easy job.
