Needed tire changed had blowout, said they couldn't t do it dispite no cars in the bays and standing around talking at the register.
The automotive center is terrible. Rude employees and slow. Having an appointment means absolutely nothing
The only reason I am giving this a one star is because the greeter at the counter, Patrick, was a really nice guy. I took my car in because one of my tires kept losing several pounds of pressure each day. The technician, Bryson, as listed in my paperwork, said he found a nail, but it didn’t puncture all the way through my tire, so there was no leak. I then asked, why is my tire losing pressure?
