Most of time were good, nice workers, would answer any questions regarding your concerns to the vehicle, with appointment always got everything done within 30 minutes. But this time took nearly two hours, might be overbooking, or took too many walk-in customers. Overall happy with the service,
Two stars only because of the handful of helpful, attentive employees like the Team Leads and Andrew one of the techs. I purchased a brand new set of tires online to be installed. I have been back there a total of four times for one reason or another. And I will go back there a 5th time to drop off my receipt to be reimbursed for the hubcap they cracked. The first initial tire installation took 3 1/2 hours, they put the tires on wrong so getting that fixed took another hour and a half, and then after the second installation ... read more
Was behind a truck that dropped some roofing nails and I picked 1 up. Went to Walmart Auto center for my new tire and shopped while they had it. Telling me it'd be done in an hour or so. Hour and a half later, after I was done shopping, I go back only to find they've never taken it in yet!! Luckily the "Coach" was present and adjusted my price. Otherwise, I'm not sure anyone would have done that. EXCEPT....Danielle, she did her best. Need better scheduling for sure!!
I discovered that I had a hole in my tire and that I needed a new one so after working all night I decided to go to Walmart to see if I could get a tire. When I was asked if I had an appointment and so I said no the person they're told me that they could not get me in today without an appointment.
