Was behind a truck that dropped some roofing nails and I picked 1 up. Went to Walmart Auto center for my new tire and shopped while they had it. Telling me it'd be done in an hour or so. Hour and a half later, after I was done shopping, I go back only to find they've never taken it in yet!! Luckily the "Coach" was present and adjusted my price. Otherwise, I'm not sure anyone would have done that. EXCEPT....Danielle, she did her best. Need better scheduling for sure!!
I discovered that I had a hole in my tire and that I needed a new one so after working all night I decided to go to Walmart to see if I could get a tire. When I was asked if I had an appointment and so I said no the person they're told me that they could not get me in today without an appointment. No cuentan con filtros para cambio de aceite, y después de esperar por más de 35 minutos informan que no pueden realizar el servicio; les pido 10 minutos para comprarlo en otra parte y volver para que me realicen el servicio de cambio de aceite, a lo cual dicen que no. We are from NC on vacation. I bought my tires in NC at Walmart so that's why I went this am to Cape Coral Walmart. I had a nail in the tire. We arrived at 650 am I was the second car. When opening I was told they were too busy to fix the tire. Thanks for caring Walmart. Just send a female back onto the road w a nail and air pressure really low. That's ok I had a mobile service come out and fix it in 10 mins.. Thanks to The Brake and Tire Guy Mobile service.
