I scheduled an oil change and upon check-in was told that they were out of stock of my cars oil filter, but if I went in the store I could buy the oil filter and they would install it but I would have to pay extra for it. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I then went in the store because I wanted to speak to a manager regarding this issue and he repeated the same thing but said "as a courtesy to our customers we are giving them the opportunity to buy the filter so they don't have to cancel their appointment".
