Very busy place but was able to get my tire fixed and on my way in 45 minutes.
HORRIBLE PÉSIMO SERVICIO ,3 veces cancelaron mi cita,2 veces Online y 1 personal,nunca hacen el trabajo completo solo venderte los neumáticos,al final me tuve que llevar los neumáticos y montarlos en otro Taller por segunda vez…No caben las palabras para calificar este Taller MÁS NUNCA VUELVO POR AQUÍ!
Purchased 4 tires and a premium install package. Showed up early to my appt for the "manager" to deny service. He couldn't grasp that I had to get new tires BEFORE GETTING AN ALIGNMENT. Made up some nonsense about aftermarket blah blah blah. Absolute clown show.
Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
Made an appointment for an oil change for 3:30pm... upon arrival the oil change line was longer than the gas station line the day before a hurricane hits, and I was told I'd have to wait in line. Of course I got a bit salty and left. I went one block down the road to Fast Oil and Lube. They found my skid plate was screwed on so tight, they had to cut one corner off just so they could drain my oil. Now take a guess who was the last to change my oil; I'll give you 1 guess.
