People could be 10x nicer and more welcoming.
Worse service ever. I went for an oil change ... and as finally they realized they could not do it as my car was older than 1999, but I could not pick up my car back exactly when the associate Marissa called me back (sorry i have a life)... her and her manager Ronnie tried to move it ... but jammed the ignition key and therefore called a tow truck to pick up my car!!! So to be clear: some auto specialists: 1) are incapable of doing an oil change, 2) do not know how to put a key in the ignition, 3) do not think or ask for hel... read more
The worst place to go to for tires and oil changes. Stay away from here the mangers suck the people that work there suck. I use to love coming here. Now it's a waste of time please stay away from here whatever you do go somewhere else you're wasting your money here. If you do decide to come here don't say that I didn't warn you!!!!!!
Was told over the phone I could get my tires replaced. Marissa was incredibly rude and told me to leave less than 20 minutes after I was told to come. Do not come here.
Worst customer service ever if you could even call it that. Waited weeks for tires to arrive to have my appointment rescheduled multiple times. Finally gave up and just picked the tires up. No one helped roll them to the car. Load them. Nothing. Walked into the waiting area and set the tires on the ground and walked off to go pal around with the other 5 employees standing around the bays doing nothing. Walmart's service has gone so far down it's truly amazing. Never again.
