⸻ I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was informed upon arrival that they didn’t have the correct oil filter for my vehicle. I was asked to go to AutoZone to purchase one myself. When I inquired about a price adjustment, given that I had to provide my own filter, I was told the oil change is a fixed price and no discount could be given. Actually, it was a great experience. To ask for help filling my tires with air as I was going to be doing some deliveries today coincidentally for their spark program. But the technician who helped me out, Chad, was awesome. Corrected the pressures at all four tires. Check the quality and enjoyed pleasant conversation during it all. A good experience! In my opinion. A good representative of this Walmart.
