Don’t go to this Walmart tire shop for anything. This shop failed to even change 2 tires on my vehicle. If you like excuses and made up laws and policies then go ahead but I will never go to any Walmart tire shop after this experience.
This Raymore auto center will cancel late appointments via the app, send an email about cancellation less than an hour from your slated time; then claim they are “unable” to complete a simple pit crew oil change. They CHECKED IN the car and we wondered the store multiple HOURS for them to then let us know NO SERVICE WAS COMPLETED bc they’re “unable” to do it. Once they used the excuse of being “out of oil”!! This has happened 4/5 times at this location ONLY. Both the Lees Summit MO Walmart auto centers are top notch tho!
My son went early this morning at 8 to buy a battery and get installation. A guy told him to set an appointment as he doesn't know how long he will have to wait. Set the appointment for 3pm come back for a guy named Kai to tell us they don't have a battery in stock for my car and don't know when they will as I need a four yr and not a 3 yr based on my car. About a month ago, I purchased four Goodyear tires for my vehicle. To date, two of them have blown out in less than a month and a half of use. When I went back to the store to request the warranty, it was denied without a proper solution. I believe these tires have a quality issue, as it is not normal for two tires to fail in such a short period of time under normal driving conditions.
