My son went early this morning at 8 to buy a battery and get installation. A guy told him to set an appointment as he doesn't know how long he will have to wait. Set the appointment for 3pm come back for a guy named Kai to tell us they don't have a battery in stock for my car and don't know when they will as I need a four yr and not a 3 yr based on my car. About a month ago, I purchased four Goodyear tires for my vehicle. To date, two of them have blown out in less than a month and a half of use. When I went back to the store to request the warranty, it was denied without a proper solution. I believe these tires have a quality issue, as it is not normal for two tires to fail in such a short period of time under normal driving conditions.
Iv worked in my fair share of shops through the years never have I seen it take a guy a hour and half to change 2 tires iv changed 4 tires balanced and backed out of the shop in 40 minutes or a hour on a slow day I asked the guy at the counter to move to front wheels to the back and put the new tires on the rear wheels and move them to the front I stopped the tec when I seen him putting the wheels back on the rear of the vehicle and he said well the guy never put it in the notes and that’s a extra charge I never would have s... read more
Do not go here !!! They will mess up your car, did not put oil back in my car and lied as if they did !!!!! Dealing with now, Avoid !!!
