March 29, 2025. I am full deaf. I go for an oil change for my car. And the cashier name is CJ. told me I needed an appointment and he would make one for me he said available start at 2:30 pm. I said no. So I made one appointment myself on my phone and said available 10:30 am? And I made an appointment at 10:30 am. Why CJ lie to me?
This auto care center is a joke. Came in for a warranty flat repair and was told I need an appointment. Trust me if I knew I was gonna get a flat I would have made one. Then was told they needed a special key to remove my wheel. All I use is a 17mm socket. Took it to West Reno and met Bubbles and Peaches( never got real names.) These guys are amazing. Horrible customer service always argumentative always standing around smoking very rude and disrespectful vulgar comments
They do not want to work at all, very lazy. I have always got my tires here and now never again.
