Scheduled a 10:30 oil change appointment. Didn’t receive my vehicle till 1pm
Thus is the 3rd or 4th time I've came here because it's close to my house. There is never a manager on duty here. So if there is a problem(and there always is) you have to stand around and wait for hours for a resolution or else just take the financial hit. Unfortunately I can't afford to do that today. So I'm standing here waiting for already 25 minutes with my vehicle finished but I won't pay for a charge they just decided to include. So I wait...... and I wait.... and I wait.
Nobody working the register accessibilities for changing almost two hours
Excellent customer service from Jordy!!!Very very helpful there are very kind and get the work done. Also Victor nice and the security very kind his name is Ernest. And the mechanic named Tim!!😊
