I bought tires online and shipped them to the store. They didn’t have the capability to put them on my vehicle but Christian offered to transport them to a nearby Walmart shop that did. He was super friendly and really went the extra mile!
I came to this auto center a few years ago for an oil change because it was close by. Now I come here for all my maintenance and repairs because the team is AWESOME!! They don’t seem focused on the size of my bill, just on making sure I’m taken care of. Quality matters to me more than cost, and I’m always willing to pay for the best I can find. The team lead in the auto center was excellent. Christensen was able to help me with my situation and resolve it. He showed excellent customer service and he is an asset to that department. Thank you Christianson for making my day.
Matt was extremely rude and condescending. I pulled my vehicle upto the door/chain and he drove up very hastily in a customers vehicle, jumped out, came running to the front of my vehicle, didn’t greet me then said “K, I’m gunna need your to park your car over there then go inside through that door to do paperwork.” He then walked back to the customer car shaking his head. He was extremely rude and should never work in customer service.
