Matt was extremely rude and condescending. I pulled my vehicle upto the door/chain and he drove up very hastily in a customers vehicle, jumped out, came running to the front of my vehicle, didn’t greet me then said “K, I’m gunna need your to park your car over there then go inside through that door to do paperwork.” He then walked back to the customer car shaking his head. He was extremely rude and should never work in customer service.
Horrible service. There were workers hanging out in the shop while me and a guy were waiting for maybe 10-15 minutes at the front desk. We rang the doorbell maybe 6 or 7 times and we could hear it go off, but they never came. I ended up leaving, and they were still just hanging out in the shop.
Very helpful after Layton location once again let everyone down. (Including the employees here) all the work from Layton is getting dumped here causing influx and wait times to go up. The younger guy at the desk was really nice and did his best to help me out and get my winter tires on. I feel bad that they’re catching all these upset customers from Layton. They should get more compensation. Hell, take it from Laytons budget. All they do is avoid doing their jobs there. Seriously, whatever Walmart employee is looking at this... read more
