Had an appointment, but had to wait over an hour before they would even start on it.
I don’t know why they have a car center here if you don’t have an appointment they’re not gonna take care of you got a flat tire. I gotta wait almost 2 1/2 hours just to fix a flat tire. Yeah the tires might be cheaper but trying to take care of a problem there’s no service big shop two guys. No one else one of them looks injured got an arm brace Centerville, Walmart tire center they get me in they get me out. They’ve always been very very good to me.
I bought tires online and shipped them to the store. They didn’t have the capability to put them on my vehicle but Christian offered to transport them to a nearby Walmart shop that did. He was super friendly and really went the extra mile!
I came to this auto center a few years ago for an oil change because it was close by. Now I come here for all my maintenance and repairs because the team is AWESOME!! They don’t seem focused on the size of my bill, just on making sure I’m taken care of. Quality matters to me more than cost, and I’m always willing to pay for the best I can find.
