I recently had my tires replaced at Walmart. My car has hubcaps that cover the wheels, and today I noticed that one of them came off somewhere on the road. When I checked the others, I found that a second hubcap was also not properly secured and was very loose. I can’t say for certain that the hubcaps were not reinstalled properly at Walmart, but I would like to point out that I had driven over 50,000 miles with these hubcaps before, and they had never come off or loosened on their own. We went in to get a battery. Peaches was extremely nice. He was helpful from when we arrived, to helping us figure out what battery all the way till checkout. He told us about our warranty and to make a photo copy of the receipt and keep it in the car, because originals fade. He made this stressful situation a great experience. There was no one manning the desk so the male mechanic came in to see what I needed and then proceeded to tell me that you cannot order tires at the store, that it has to be done online. Well, I just ordered tires two weeks ago so he is wrong And he seemed very unwilling to help. I finally had a woman come out of the back office to assist me and she was easily able to order the tires for me. I’m really sick of lazy Walmart employees. The mechanic is an idiot.
