HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Scheduled an appointment for 10. Told me it would be an hr and half wait. To put tires on my vehicle! That is it! My kids were over waiting swore the whole store heard them screaming! Finally got the old man’s attention after asking how long it was going to be. ( waited 15 minutes for that) Comes in and tells me it’s ready. The old guy told me next time to get a baby sitter. Husband got called into work last minute so I had to do the mom thing and bring the kids with me. Then proceeds to look at my kids ... read more
Super slow service, dude lost our tires, opened the hood to change tires, incompetent workers, people doing nothing, appointment at 12:00 and they didn’t start until after 1:00.
Mid. Not the worst, but would rather take my car to my regular mechanic. Would use in a pinch.
Horrible customer service
When they have staff it's a good place to get car services done. You have Wally world to wander around.p
