I came to the auto care department at the Springfield Walmart to buy a battery. The cashier helped me find the right one and then he asked if I had a battery to turn in for the core charge. I said yes and that I'd go get it from my car. No one offered to help, the batteries are very heavy. I'm 67 years old and I'm pretty sure I tore a muscle from lifting both batteries. My oil change appointment was at 7:30 AM. I was the first person there. Ryan greeted me, and got me checked in. It took an hour, exactly, from check-in until I left. Very satisfied.
