They rescheduled last minute then made me double pay for my installation
Really disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and they cancelled it the same day. After getting everything worked out, it ended up taking around 3 hours just to get an oil change, even though I had made an appointment. I understand that things happen and places get busy, but waiting 3 hours for a basic oil change when you had an appointment is ridiculous. I tried to get an oil change there last night. They made me make a reservation and that was fine. When I got there, they were letting people without reservations come in and get oil changes before me. So I ended up sitting there for two hours without my oil being changed. After two hours I had a family emergency and had to leave. They did not apologize for wasting hours of my life and now they won't even let me try to make another appointment. I came to the auto care department at the Springfield Walmart to buy a battery. The cashier helped me find the right one and then he asked if I had a battery to turn in for the core charge. I said yes and that I'd go get it from my car. No one offered to help, the batteries are very heavy. I'm 67 years old and I'm pretty sure I tore a muscle from lifting both batteries.
