I tried to get an oil change there last night. They made me make a reservation and that was fine. When I got there, they were letting people without reservations come in and get oil changes before me. So I ended up sitting there for two hours without my oil being changed. After two hours I had a family emergency and had to leave. They did not apologize for wasting hours of my life and now they won't even let me try to make another appointment. I came to the auto care department at the Springfield Walmart to buy a battery. The cashier helped me find the right one and then he asked if I had a battery to turn in for the core charge. I said yes and that I'd go get it from my car. No one offered to help, the batteries are very heavy. I'm 67 years old and I'm pretty sure I tore a muscle from lifting both batteries. My oil change appointment was at 7:30 AM. I was the first person there. Ryan greeted me, and got me checked in. It took an hour, exactly, from check-in until I left. Very satisfied.
