Great service guys here. The only problems I've encountered were when the person ordering the service isn't the person bringing the vehicle in, they won't do the service even if that person is listed on the order as the person bring it in, and also their text notifications about the status of your vehicle service don't reach your phone until days later and in the wrong order. It's been a 50/50 experience. 5 stars are for the staff. Their computers and programs get diddly nada.
I had a flat tire and needed just one replacement, so I stopped by the Walmart Auto Center in Springfield. Paul went above and beyond to help me out — he had my tire changed in just 7 minutes without an appointment! The whole process was quick, friendly, and stress-free. Thanks to Paul, this location has earned my business from now on. Highly recommend!
I went to this place for tire patch up. They declined me the day before due to short staffed and close to the closing time. My tire's got completely flat the next day. I went there 1st thing in the morning and they took care of me. Thank you so much!! You guys are awesome!!
