I made an appt for 6pm, TEN MINUTES before my appt they called and told me that due to short staffing they had to reschedule me. So I asked for noon the next day. He said fine and then scheduled me for 11. I show up to do some shopping and the auto guys are just walking around the store. So I come the next day for my appt at 11 and the guy tells me I have to pay for the installation AGAIN even though they never returned or started a return for the original installation cost. I called and got great assistance from the Auto Care Center. Answered my questions even tracked down the product in stock 😎👍
Came in for a tire balance and rotation. Waited for over 2 hours to be told they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t get a lug nut off. They told me to take it home and loosen it myself and bring it back. They then stripped a lug nut putting everything back on and they couldn’t replace it, had to drive away missing a lug nut.
