I went to pick up a tire for my boyfriend without realizing that he had paid to have it mounted and balanced onto another rim. The employee that helped me didn’t say anything about it. Loaded the tire into my car, and sent me on my way with no receipt. I went in the next day to remedy the situation and the service manager Lara was telling me that the employee would have had to have lied to release the tire to me. Easily the best and fastest oil change service I have had from the Walmarts in the treasure valley. I was quoted 2hrs but felt much faster. Most WM auto centers only take appointments and the attitude of the ppl working there are not always good. These ppl from mechanics to front desk were all very hospitable and happy to help. Will definitely be back!
Horrible service, oil all over your car and wait over 2 hours for the service to be done.
