I went to the Walmart Tire Center on Franklin for what should’ve been a simple tire patch. Instead, I got a dangerously poor repair that could’ve ended in a blowout. They used the smallest patch possible and didn’t even plug the tire properly — the plug was placed off to the side of the hole, completely missing the mark. I brought my VW in after years of avoiding Walmart from past bad experiences. Brandon and Anthony went above and beyond to help me and get everything done right and quickly.
Your auto care associate service writer Brandon is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable Brandon took the time to helped me pick out the perfect accessory’s and a few other things my jeep was in desperate need of. Brandon is AWESOME at what he does KEEP this guy around he knows his stuff!!!
Came in to get my tires on some rims I had. Brandon, Juan and Alex were the best! They’re super friendly and happy to help no matter what. They’re also super funny! They all made my day. I had never done anything Auto through Walmart and now I will definitely be coming back! I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. All three of these guys deserve a raise
