The low prices come with a long wait. So you’ll have to decide if money is worth more than your time or not. I would like to go to Walmart auto services more but management and quality of work is not there. Please try to copy other companies methods. Like scheduling appointments to one person at a time. Everything can be automated with information technology. Walmart auto and store has a long way to catch up. Atleast invest in IT, your still doing things like computer don’t exist.

I make an appt online and they don’t service teslas. The guy tells me to go across the street to big o tires and they want 140 to do the install. Walmart refuses to pay even though they put my tires in my car and told me to take it there. Unfortunate that this voids my warranty for the tires and I still have not been reimbursed for the install. No one at Walmart takes any responsibility at the shop nor over the phone.

When to get some tires they told me I need an appointment. He said they had an appointment every hr sat there and didn’t see anyone . Ended up buying my tires at American tires

I bought new tires online and I come to my scheduled appointment only to find out that they don’t service any Teslas. Walmart should state that information before a purchase so no one wastes their time.
