Went there to try to get an oil change and tire rotation at 5:50, after staring at three workers for about 5 mns one you blond guy came to me and told me that they would not be able to have me because one of them was leaving and that they only accepted walking in before 5:30 there were only two cars one being tire rotation and the other an oil change, that they need to bring the tires in so they could leave on time like i was an inconvenience Went to rio rancho one and they happily did my oil no issue at 6:20 do you self a f... read more
I was there for a battery change. They install your battery free when you purchase battery there. Vincent was very kind to help me out. Quick service also. Walked in but I was able to get out in less than an hour.
Good service went in for a battery exchange waited over a hour but that's perfectly fine cause there was 3 people ahead me. The young man that helped me was extremely nice and so was his boss
Nicholas hands best manager. Worked hard with a broken foot and one man down. Still got me in earlier than expected as a walk in to replace my car battery. Mark was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable. He replaced my battery and explained what he was doing as he was replacing my battery. Didn’t know changing my car battery could be a fun social experience. Loved it. Thank you! They both should get a raise.
