I made an appointment last night to get my car oil changed. My appointment was for 11:30-12:30 and here I am still waiting for my car at 1:45 pm I don’t understand what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they are going to keep us waiting for more than 2 hours. People do have other things to take care of in other places.
Bought new tires here $700 came to have them put on, the staff in the shop we're very young & immature. The African American guy was too busy watching a sports game on his phone, the others didn't speak or understand English. In and out quick with road hazard tire coverage.
Don’t even waste your time with this place. They didn’t properly seal my tire during installation and it ended up leaking. They told me to bring it in to any Walmart (I ordered them from Darien, Darien failed to tell me their tire machine wasn’t working so I had to have aurora do the install) - but it was so flat I would’ve never made it to Aurora or Darien. I went into this automotive center the customer representative at the register was courteous. But the Mechanic does not follow instructions. I know that I needed two new tires, but I couldn’t afford it. I let them know which side needed to be fixed. I don’t know if it was purposely done or an error. But my back driver tire is the one that needed to be replaced right then? He sold me a tire for the wrong side. I hope this was not a scam?
