Don’t even waste your time with this place. They didn’t properly seal my tire during installation and it ended up leaking. They told me to bring it in to any Walmart (I ordered them from Darien, Darien failed to tell me their tire machine wasn’t working so I had to have aurora do the install) - but it was so flat I would’ve never made it to Aurora or Darien. I went into this automotive center the customer representative at the register was courteous. But the Mechanic does not follow instructions. I know that I needed two new tires, but I couldn’t afford it. I let them know which side needed to be fixed. I don’t know if it was purposely done or an error. But my back driver tire is the one that needed to be replaced right then? He sold me a tire for the wrong side. I hope this was not a scam? Terrible customer service at the Kirk Road location. I hope the work was completed properly. I have had a much better experience at another Walmart auto center. UPDATE: The service did not hold up. Reduced score to one star. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
