Do NOT come here worst experience of my life has me waiting hours to get new tires on I ordered online just for them to tell me they have the wrong tire sizes… I ordered the right tires online but they had the wrong tires
They will answer and put you on hold and then leave you on hold for 10 minutes and when you try to call back they will just ignore your call. I'd rather go spend $40 more on a car battery at autozone than sit and wait to hear from someone at Walmart, so off I go.
Robbie delivered excellent service in getting my new tires. Would definitely get tires again!
Purchased 3, new Everstart lead acid batteries for three separate vehicles in span of 30 days (December 2024). One battery was DOA on arrival and the second battery failed (bad cell) in 9 days after installation. Not feeling warm and fuzzies for the reliability of these EverStart batteries.
Manager chase spoke to me with an attitude. I asked for help and he raised his tone at me and seemed like he didn’t want to help me. This is the second time I encountered this problem same person with an attitude. Wal mart usually provides kind customer service but not with this gentleman. I no longer want to go to this automotive section due to chase the coach as they refer him. They lost a loyal customer I’m sorry.
