It's unbelievable that a supermarket chain that receives so many vehicles would provide such amateurish and terrible service. I went to have two rear tires replaced on my car, and they told me it was impossible because they couldn't remove one of the tires. So, I went to another place, and they did an excellent job. i don’t usually do this, but I honestly can’t even believe the service I received/ did not receive tonight. I walked in at noon to schedule 4 tire mount, with my 1 year old, made an appointment for 4pm, come at 4, WAS THERE 3 HOURS, I did not get told until 6:45 that they couldn’t get the lock off my tire and couldn’t even perform the service due to them not having a tool to remove them since my tire key wasn’t working.
