Waited in line for over 30min with only 1 car ahead to check my tire then someone eventually came up to my car telling me its going to be a couple hrs cause they only have 1 guy. I understand they're short staffed but they could have better customer service and let people know cause they were walking all over the place they could of took 10 seconds to tell me instead of wasting my time
I went to walmart tire service Saturday November 1st, 2025. I had a physical nail in my tire, got there at 7am, two other cars were waiting. It took them 2 hours to do one car and one oil change. After that I went to Forney tire and service and they took care of me in 5 min. Forney has to do better in customer service. Don't know if the people hate their jobs, but there was no sense of urgency or heavy movement with the employees at walmary tire service maybe hire some younger people who will possibly get the job done faster... read more
This place needs to be closed already. If not, they need to be replaced by AI asap. Simple oil change takes 3hrs. If you don’t want to wait don’t go there. They keep saying you have to make appointment. What about the folks just driving by or our grandma and grandpas that are not proficient with computers
These guys must get paid by the hour. Takes to long. Too expensive for the slow service. Definitely go anywhere else.
