Friendly and attentive staff. They scratched one of my wheels then denied it. Hopefully Walmart can get me a replacement. Bought 4 brand new tires at Walmart, and one of the tires picked up a nail recently. Drove to Walmart in a different car to confirm my Road Hazard warranty with them. First tech told me to bring the car over so they can assess the nail, fair enough. Came back with the car, then another tech told me that they were out of patches for flat tire and asked me to take my car to other Walmart! Y'all are wasting ... read more

W+ customer…I was told that it will take an hour to fix my tyre. Worst services, I brought my car 2 hrs back and there no one ahead of me but the technician didn’t touched it until I requested them to do it multiple times. Whole garage was empty but they were just sitting there. Mike the guy at counter was away for long periods and when I asked him why my car wasn’t fixed he said check with technician. When I asked for a supervisor or in charge he just ignored it. Wurst customer service I ever experienced in Walmart.
