Coming in, nice, leaving, it's always different people with NO customer service skills. Today it was Rachel checking us out and she needs to learn how to focus on customers and in order. I’ve had enough of the unfair treatment at this Walmart Supercenter. Every time I leave the store, a young Muslim woman working at the door stops me to check my receipt — while letting other customers walk out without even glancing at theirs. It’s frustrating and feels like I’m being singled out for no reason. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and respectfully, regardless of who they are. Walmart really needs to address this kind of biased behavior and train their staff on how to treat customers fairly. Or maybe Walmar... read more
