First, no I didn't have an appointment. I came in to get my new tires mounted and balanced. At the same time how is it that when I pull up with only one other car in any of the other bays, it still takes 3 hours to start on my truck. The to top it off, the technician didn't even properly pressurize my tires. I drove off with a low pressure signal and will ALL 4 tires under pressurized by 30lbs. Not all vehicles have the same pressure ratings. Do better! Same with customer service attendant, rude tone and body language.
The service is quick and the stuff is friendly
Understaffed and overbooked. I scheduled an appointment, had to wait in line for 20min past my appointment to get checked in. After I get checked in I asked how long it would take, they said 30min to start on my car and 30min to do the oil change. So what’s the point of booking an appointment?
Came here for an oil change and had a good experience. The service was quick, everything went smoothly, and the staff was helpful.
