Called before coming 30 minutes away over here , was told on the phone that all appointments for the day were full so it would have to be a walk in and to come up shouldn’t be a problem to check out the tire . Get here the girl at the counter knows absolutely nothing literally can’t hear when she is even talking to understand what is being said . only 1 old man do oil change, wait more than 2 hours for that.
They have fair priced tires. But this tire center is very bad. You will have to wait between 2 to 8 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And today I came for oil change and they told me there is no one in line for oil change. After 1 hour they told me they don’t have an oil filter and I need to buy from autozone. Now I understand why I didn’t go to Walmart for oil change for 10 years. This is last time. Worst customer center for tire and oil change.
I waited 30 minutes inside for a very rude young woman told me at 5:30 p.m. that they would not have time to change my oil before closing at 9:00 p.m. I guess Walmart doesn't need the business that bad.
This has to be the worst service I have ever received. I went for all 4 tire replacements. I was told it would take 45 - 60 mins. I waited 2 hours before they told me my vehicle is ready. I went to my car and find that they never put the valve stem cap on for any of the tires. Even though I had them before they serviced the vehicle. When I went back to ask about it, they just handed me 4 caps for me to put them on. I was frustrated but went back. Put the caps on and started my vehicle.
