I dropped my car off at 12:15 p.m. for an oil change and a tire balance and rotation. I was told by the Team Lead that it would be about 2 hours. I was okay with that since I had shopping to do. I walked a half mile to nearby stores to complete some of my shopping. At 1:28 p.m. I received a text that there was an issue with my car and that I needed to reach the service desk. As long as I have an appointment time...I've never been disappointed. The staff is always consistently upbeat and service oriented. I KNOW they have a hard time keeping good people...which appears to be a challenge in today's society as many in the Millenial and Gen Zrs generations...don't appear to want to work as much as past generations??
Throw the entire store away! And the store manager is a joke. I went there a few weeks ago to get my oil changed. I checked in and they immediately pulled my car into the bay. The women checking me in then told me it would be an hour and a half -2 hrs because they were so busy. I then explained I can see they have 1 car in the bay and no cars in the other bays and it looks like there’s techs scrolling on their phones. She said yea idk that’s just what the manager said. I have never had an oil change with Walmart. I go to the dealership! Zero stars
I’m only giving one star because I have to give stars. I’ve gone here three times now for an oil change by appointment and every time there is an and I don’t end up getting service. I own a few cars so oil changes are a regular thing.The customer service seems more like they are annoyed than want to help. They called and tried to talk me out of my appointment, saying they didn’t have the oil filter.
