I have never had an oil change with Walmart. I go to the dealership! Zero stars
I’m only giving one star because I have to give stars. I’ve gone here three times now for an oil change by appointment and every time there is an and I don’t end up getting service. I own a few cars so oil changes are a regular thing.The customer service seems more like they are annoyed than want to help. They called and tried to talk me out of my appointment, saying they didn’t have the oil filter. Ordered a set of tires on March 11 2026 still haven't received them and they are saying they where late on the 15th. The next day on the 16th app says item was picked up went to store and they tell me tires are still undelivered.. I just want my money back 11 days later and still can't get a straight answer if the tires where delivered or lost just refund my money. I would not buy anything from Walmart avoid them at all costs they take advantage of the poor..
These people are completely clueless. Tired of repeating the same thing over and over to them. All they do is make excuses. Never go here
