Ordered a set of tires on March 11 2026 still haven't received them and they are saying they where late on the 15th. The next day on the 16th app says item was picked up went to store and they tell me tires are still undelivered.. I just want my money back 11 days later and still can't get a straight answer if the tires where delivered or lost just refund my money. I would not buy anything from Walmart avoid them at all costs they take advantage of the poor..
These people are completely clueless. Tired of repeating the same thing over and over to them. All they do is make excuses. Never go here
Complete incompetence. made an appointment, came in next day and was told I never made an appointment. Finally took my vehicle back at 9:00 to mount and balance 4 tires took well over 2 hours for something that should’ve taken 30-40mins. Find somewhere else to take your vehicles to or prepared to be disappointed.
