I’ve been coming here for years to get my oil changed NEVER had to make an appointment I’ve always been told it’s first come first serve so I get there bright and early a few minutes after they opene could get checked in I could get my oil changed and that would be that no that is not that I cannot get checked in because apparently they are all booked for appointments. I’ve had nothing but great service with this place up until today. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and it took them over 30 minutes to start on my vehicle even with my appointment. When picking up my vehicle one of the guys at the front advised that one screw on my air cleaner was stripped all for me to find out later that evening that they completely left it unhooked without letting me know. It also looks like they spilled oil all over my engine. Very dissatisfied with the service this time around.
horrible service older man w mustache raised his voice at me when i asked why there was a 3 hour wait and i am the only car outside in line Also a different time i bought a tire and left my car there at 12pm and they called me at 7 right before close and told me they didn’t have the tire in stock i would definitely recommend coming here if u love having your time and wasted
