All 4 of the tires I bought were installed without proper balancing. One was entirely defective, causing an awful vibration at higher speeds. Can't blame them for manufacturing problems, but they charged me another installation fee for a bad tire they sold me. I guess you get what you pay for. Fork out the extra couple hundred and go somewhere else.
I brought in four wheels and tires to mount and balance as a carry in. First off, repair order was not fully written up, so I had to return to the store 2 hours after drop off and my tires had not been touched. After having the order written up again, I was told there was an extra charge due to me not purchasing the tires from Walmart, which is not true.
