I got all four of my tires done after I had a flat. About a month later my car started vibrating and making a terrible noise. I took it into the mechanic and it turns out the lug nuts were so loose on one of my front tires it was shaking/wobbling in the wheel well. Could've been very dangerous if I hadn't gotten it checked out. Wheels falling off the car are not a desired outcome of getting your tires changed.
had to Uber to autozone to grab a kit for them to replace my tires, ubered back only to be told they couldn't use the kit and suggested a tow truck, another mechanic came out seconds later to say they got the tire on. wasted money on an uber ride and parts because of poor communication. giving two stars for the guys at front desk, guy who checked me in and guy who checked me out. both incredibly nice and helpful, but the rest of the experience was frustrating and a waste of time.
Bought two tires and had them installed. The service was great and I was in and out within an hour.
