That was my first time at Walmart auto center and my worst decision ever. I was there for sensor not working properly, it should cost ~50$. Recommended to change all 4 tires and cost ~750$ and they just removed the sensor and asked me to go to dealership. I just spent money there, my main issue wasn’t fixed and ended up worse.
Without going into many details, I believe the staff including team leads, and coaches would benefit from additional customer service training.
Poor customer little to none employees work on own vehicles no cars in stalls 2 hour wait time. When Cleary no one is doing anything poorly managed by people that dont care and are just there to pass the time and again work on their own vehicles.........
Make an appointment. The guys helping me with my oil and filter change were fast, knowledgeable and affordable. I like them better than regular independent shops and will go here again the next time I need an oil change.
