I went to pick up tires and the I showed the worker the barcode (younger African American male) and he just looked at it and acted confused and shrugged shaking his head in a annoyed/ I was bothering him while he was texting manner then he pointed me to the tire rack said I can take the tires without even offering help
Very organized store. Easy to find anything you need. Prices are very good. Self check out lanes are plentiful.
First time here and it was a horrible experience. You would think being a vet would come with some type of appreciation or respect but nope, my veteran plates might have made me a target of bs behavior. I showed up to my appointment and I saw my vehicle get serviced and parked to the side and was forced to wait a whole hr for no reason. Worker had bs excuses for makin me wait that long. Fyi there was no other customers waiting prior to me getting there. Pretty obvious I was forced to wait an hour for no reason.
