Tire service with appointment. Used directions on website and followed directions on site just to get yelled at with a nasty attitude told to go park instead of pull up like I was directed to at first. So I just left and went to a different shop, i wont pay for uncalled for attitude.
They're good when they actually have techs, but it's too often they don't have techs or they only have one for several hours. I've had to turn around more times than I've actually been able to get service.
Appointments don't matter. So much wasted time. I made the mistake of using them three times. First was an oil change. Had an appointment. It took over 2 hours! Next was tires. I had an appointment, then 30 minutes later they said they don't have those tires in stock but the Americus one had them. I asked if they could contact them. They said no, you call.
