I do not recommend Walmart Auto Care Center in Albany GA. After a few oil changes, my vehicle’s underbody shield repeatedly came loose. I returned and asked them to secure it, but the problem continued until it eventually detached while I was driving on the highway, forcing me to pull over for safety. I asked management to review the issue and my service history, but calls were not returned and the matter has not been resolved. The problem started only after the oil changes in Albany. Tire service with appointment. Used directions on website and followed directions on site just to get yelled at with a nasty attitude told to go park instead of pull up like I was directed to at first. So I just left and went to a different shop, i wont pay for uncalled for attitude.
