I should have listened to my instincts and not come here. I bought 4 tires for my 1 ton truck $1200, which is not a bad price, however when my wife brought the truck back since I work nights and was asleep, I was a bit put off that they didnt even clean the blue coating off the white lettering. Then she hands me a bag that had 2 of the lug nuts in it that they said would not go back on because the lugs are messed up. strange thing is I just had my brakes replaced 2 months ago, they had no issues with the lugs at all. Went in for 2 tires good customer service experience
If I could give negative stars I would. Paid to have 4 new tires installed. They claimed they couldn't break lug nuts off with a pneumatic torque wrench on a new SUV. I went and grabbed my lug nut wrench from my truck and broke free all 20 nuts in about 90 seconds. They didn't even try to remove them previously and straight up lied to my wife. After I called them out they installed all 4 tires. Scratched up my wheels in the process too. Terrible customer service left a note with Walmart corporate. I'd pay more at a respectab... read more
Real route The guy on the register this morning with bad attitude.Really bad service to customers
This place cheats customers, the service manager Patrick is a liar. He knew my tires had a warranty and when asked about ordering the new ones because I had to have them, their tires do not last. He told me I would get a refund on the new tires and pay the difference if there was one. I ordered the tires and now they are here, Patrick said my warranty is no longer valid because they are not the exact same tires. Way to go Patrick, your a sorry excuse for a manager.
