They improperly jacked up my car and caved in the rocker panels of the car like hacks. The worst part is that Walmart's Insurance claims that there is no way to prove that they caused the damage even after taking pictures of the damage with the auto center's manager and sending Walmart Insurance the photos. I know for a fact that THIS exact Walmart Auto Center caused close to $1k in damages to my vehicle because they were the ONLY place that has jacked/lifted up my car to work on it. Saved my bacon when the other Walmart couldn't (wouldn't?) replace my battery. Incredible customer service at every step. The two Walmart Auto Care Centers in town are NOT created equal.
Waited 45 min in line for oil change. Informed you can make an appointment. So I left and made appointment for next day. Arrived for appointment and they opened 15 min late and stated closed until 11. This is my first time going to Walmart for service and my last visit.
