Spent over 2 hours on a simple battery charge they do 3 things tires batteries and oil changes and can’t even do those things right go to Bay Road Walmart if you want good service
I really don't understand How or why they tell you certain things are by appointment only and you have to call to make an appointment but yet they absolutely never ever EVER answer the phone.It doesn't matter what time I call, how many times I call, what day it is or even what store it is .... they NEVER answer. Somewhere between 10 years ago and now people absolutely obliterated the customer service position, it is becoming more and more rare to find a company who truly has/cares about customer service. Do not do not buy tires from Walmart horrible experience will not recommend to colleagues friends or family!!!
They improperly jacked up my car and caved in the rocker panels of the car like hacks. The worst part is that Walmart's Insurance claims that there is no way to prove that they caused the damage even after taking pictures of the damage with the auto center's manager and sending Walmart Insurance the photos. I know for a fact that THIS exact Walmart Auto Center caused close to $1k in damages to my vehicle because they were the ONLY place that has jacked/lifted up my car to work on it.
