Whoever the guy was that answered phones at 9 am this morning needs to learn when to let people speak. Called this morning to ask about making an appointment and he explained that it has to be done online and tires need to be prepaid. Okay cool, except the app is glitching and when I get to the screen where it lets me select tires it says “sorry, this site is broken. Service was slow and they didn't fix my problem
I came in about 10 minutes before closing, but didn’t know they were closing and thought I had another hour at least. I had a hole in my tire and didn’t have anywhere else to go since everywhere else was closed, but the auto service employees were more than willing to help me even though they were getting ready to go home. They found the hole in less than a minute and fixed it within 15 minutes, and it was about $15 to patch which was great.
