Good luck getting checked in if you show up 2 hours before close. Waited 30 minutes and was deliberately ignored. Will happily spend my money elsewhere.
Put the tires that were supposed rotated in the trash and left the bad ones on. Then stood there literally on there phone and leaning up against my car as I stood at the window watching them scroll on TikTok.
Whoever the guy was that answered phones at 9 am this morning needs to learn when to let people speak. Called this morning to ask about making an appointment and he explained that it has to be done online and tires need to be prepaid. Okay cool, except the app is glitching and when I get to the screen where it lets me select tires it says “sorry, this site is broken.
