The team at the WM Auto went out of their way to assist us with a challenging tire install. They were incredibly helpful and patient. The service was excellent and everyone was very, very courteous.
Had 4 30 pm appointment but arrived early and was leaving car anyway is why it took 2 hrs. . Not the person doing oil change an rotation of tires fault. Don't want to mislead on this .
My brand new tires went flat less than 50 miles. Had to replace my sensor. This place is a joke. They also keep my tires when I told them that I wanted them. Took 3+ hours and I had an appointment
The Staff is lovely!!!! So nice and always helpful in the car area but they are always out of the oil I use ALWAYs then if they go to get it off the shelf it’s more expensive, which I shouldn’t be penalized for somebody not ordering the merchandise.
