The Staff is lovely!!!! So nice and always helpful in the car area but they are always out of the oil I use ALWAYs then if they go to get it off the shelf it’s more expensive, which I shouldn’t be penalized for somebody not ordering the merchandise.
I had a very bad and confusing experience with the cashier, Sam. Long story short, I was getting an oil change. I walked in with an energy drink. Sam made eye contact and greeted me as I walked in. Yet, when I asked for a sticker for my drink, she changed her tune and told me she didn’t feel comfortable vouching for me “because she didn’t see me walk in with it”.
