Hello, I had a flat tire, and I replaced the tire with the spare tire. It was a Sunday, and this walmart Auto care was nearby and also open, so I went to them. They sold me a new tire, but they refused to place the new tire themselves because they claimed the car had damages and they couldn't lift the car and be liable for extra damages. I have been to Toyota, Grismer, and many more, and NO ONE came up with this ridiculous policy. Don't come here and waste your time and money. See the following photos. Gave me a poor reason why he couldn't do my oil change. Plus had to much attitude when giving me my so called explanation.. I wouldn't recommend
Spoke to the auto center in Xenia, the guy I spoke to told me if I can be there before 2:00 he could get me in for an oil change. I showed up around 12:30 he then told me it would be at least 5 hours. This 30 minutes after I spoke to him. I left called moraine when I got in the car. I spoke to a guy there, he told me could I be there by 2:30 I assured him I would. I showed up at 2:00, he got my car back into do the oil change, by 2:30 I was leaving with my oil changed. I brought my car to change tire, and they kept me there waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes, and then they said we can't change it while I explained the car's conditions when I got there. Horrible service, a bunch of neglectful and careless people who don't care and respect the other people time, and lack of responsibility. They don't even worth a half an star for their service. Zero is the most deserving rate for their service.
Will not accept walk-in oil changes at 4:30pm because everyone is getting ready to leave. The hours are until 7:00pm. There were also no cars being worked on in the shop.
