Scheduled an appointment for my oil to be changed. The customer service was great and the waiting room looks different in a great way compared to the way it was before. I did have to ask for my tire pressure to be check because my air was low, I assumed they did that automatically just looking at the paperwork but it did say it was cancelled so it was not checked. But other than that it was great I got in and out!
Absolutely terrible. Canceled an appointment an hour before it was scheduled that had been scheduled for two weeks. Will not answer calls, absolutely horrible customer service.
I never write reviews but looking up the rating here being 2.something is insane! I went in today after work needing a tire repaired as it had gone flat. The guys immediately pulled my car in and spent, say about, 15 minutes looking one came back and told me they had six sets of eyes looking but couldn’t find a puncture. He explained to me that I might have blown the bead (I think that’s what he said I obviously didn’t know what that meant but he explained). This morning at 7:30 they turned me away for a “gas leak” that dosen’t exist when I came in for a quick oil change. Crew was extremely unprofessional speaking with me as well when I was never disrespectful or disruptive whatsoever. Will never return after an horrendous experience like this.Would give 0/5 if possible
First day I went at 3:00 p.m. for oil change the guys were standing around and when I went in to ask for the oil change they said oh we're sending the guys home at 4:00 they won't have time they had an hour but they didn't have time had to make an appointment to come back the next day next day I get there for my oil change the girl checked on the oil filter and they said they had it when they pulled my truck in the young man come in and said we had to reject your oil change because we don't have an oil filter in stock what k... read more
