I had an appointment for a tire change and they cancelled my appointment less than 2 hours before my appointment. I drove from Cincinnati on a spare and had to return on a spare tire.
UPDATE: they fixed my issue, but leaving the rating because the issue was due to Walmart refund systems.
After 3 cancelations finally got the tires on the car. If not for the extra days and inconvenience of having to change our schedule it would have been a 4
