Went in for tires and an oil change. They didn't have the tires I wanted even though on their website it said they did. I picked a different set, no big deal. Well then they couldn't get me in today for the tires but they could do the oil change. Got the car in and then brought me pictures of underneath someone else's car telling me I had a major oil leak so they couldn't change my oil. After years of faithfully return to them for my needs, even as the service has declined. Now their policies say if you have an oil leak they can't change your oil. This is the same car with the same small oil leak but now they magically cannot service.. I will happily take my $ elsewhere and find a small business to support
Would not recommend. Went in for a new battery and new tire somehow days later the exact axle of the tire I replaced here was clipped at the caliper was told by their car center after they read the report they understood what happened and that they take full liability, to go get my car repaired and to bring a receipt because they dont work on brakes. Was quoted 48 n change drove all the way to Moraine n wow price went up 15 bucks I'm pissed I won't ever return poor customer service n I dislike being told 1 price and get there and surprise more $ scam for me!!!!
