I’ve been calling for 20 minutes straight with no answer
This location is beyond a joke. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people. Every time I come to this location they try and find a reason to get out of actually doing work. Last time I came they said that they were short staffed and couldn’t do any services. This morning I was there at opening time 7am and I had to call the desk just so they would open the doors at 7:10. Doors locked when I arrived, had to drive all the way around. Genuinely happens often, needs to be accountability. Also you guys don’t pay attention, it’s better to go to a different Walmart.
Over-serviced oil, installed an air filter we didn’t ask/pay for, and declined to rotate my tires citing an engine light and low tread depth (both untrue). Oil doesn’t even look like it was completely changed.
