Doors locked when I arrived, had to drive all the way around. Genuinely happens often, needs to be accountability. Also you guys don’t pay attention, it’s better to go to a different Walmart.
Over-serviced oil, installed an air filter we didn’t ask/pay for, and declined to rotate my tires citing an engine light and low tread depth (both untrue). Oil doesn’t even look like it was completely changed.
Got transferred to a dial tone and then hung up on after 5 minutes lmao
I am usually very understanding when someone in customer service is having a bad day, but when they take it out on customers, I can't understand that. I work in customer service too, and I have difficult days all the time, but I never take it out on customers. It's not because I am trying to uphold the company's customer service experience.
