Best advice is to schedule appointment online, took 1 hour to complete service
Was needing to get my battery changed and needed help with just removing one screw that was giving me trouble. Nate and Alex came through and gave me the assistance I needed to remove the battery and get it replaced. Small actions like that really leave the customer with a good impression of the service and employees there.
There is a personnel manager among the employees here, his name is Roger, he is incredibly interested and we are in an incredible dialogue with him, I am grateful to him from the rare people who treat me very well, I would like to thank him for all his help.
Called several times. They don't pick up. When they did pick up no one says anything, then they leave you on hold, did that a few times. Reason I give it 3 it because the last time I tried to call finally someone picked up and they provided me with the info I needed. I would suggest for the management team to create a standard that provides a better operations procedure even something as simple as dealing with customers over the phone.
Horrible service, came for an oil change and it took them 3 hours to even get to us. Never coming back to this location for service again.
