Charlie in the auto center was awesome had a hard time finding certain things for my car he made it seemless and was very professional and accommodating/kind !
I've gone to Walmarts in general for several oil changes, replacing batteries, buying tires, tire rotations, and am used to the sometimes 2-hour wait times even with an appointment. However, this last time I had several issues. I called to set an appointment for a tire rotation/balance, and the associate answering the call said you can't set appointments for that, only walk-in. So I walk-in around 1pm and am told "yes you can make appointments for tire rotations", but their appointments were now full so it may be 3 hours wai... read more
The customer service was outstanding. Went in for oil change & management in department as well as the guys who checked me in were exceptional. Will most definitely refer to family & friends and will return in the future.
The Associate working the auto service desk is one of the most unpleasant people I have worked with. No eye contact, not helpful. Jeez, if you don't want to work with customers, get another job
3rd time getting an oil change here. They never do the full thing. They never refill wiper fluid, check tires or do the full synthetic that you pay for. I always check my levels after and they NEVER do it. Won’t be coming back here for 70 dollars and basically nothing.
