3rd time getting an oil change here. They never do the full thing. They never refill wiper fluid, check tires or do the full synthetic that you pay for. I always check my levels after and they NEVER do it. Won’t be coming back here for 70 dollars and basically nothing.
Arrived at Walmart at 11210 Potranco Road San Antonio, Texas 78253, onJune 21, 2025. My mission was to replace two tires that had been affected by a road hazard. They did not have them so they were ordered and paid with a promise of Installation on Wednesday June 25, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. I called on Tuesday, the day before and was told not to come in because the tires were not in and it could take 4-6 weeks for the tires to get to Walmart. Won't honor warranty on tires
went to warranty out a defective battery on 3/10/25 at 3:15 pm. Clerk was very helpful(Charlie). He paged for the automotive mgr 4 times to have him warranty the battery . no one showed up. Charlie took me to the front service desk to have a mgr do the warranty. They paged a mgr also. A blonde girl told me to follow her back to the automotive.
