Won't honor warranty on tires
went to warranty out a defective battery on 3/10/25 at 3:15 pm. Clerk was very helpful(Charlie). He paged for the automotive mgr 4 times to have him warranty the battery . no one showed up. Charlie took me to the front service desk to have a mgr do the warranty. They paged a mgr also. A blonde girl told me to follow her back to the automotive. Three strikes for their oil change service: 1. They have a posted price that they wouldn't honor. Ok, whatever, we're already here. 2. They sent a text that my van was in service. "Walmart: Your vehicle service has started!" It wasn't (see next strike). 3. 35 minutes after the text, they call to tell me that they don't have the filter for my van and they never started the oil change.
