Very rude service! I went to Walmart in Buena Park, CA to Auto Center to buy car battery. The lady leaning on the counter, looking quite agitated, pointed me to this filthy book on the counter to look up the type of battery that I needed. Luckily, I didn’t have to touch the filthy book because I already knew the type of battery, so I told her. That did not arouse her attention to perhaps to help me out?! Inconsistent online information conflicts with physical location operations. Do not rely on online information. Call the physical location first there are several things to know: 1.No installation appointment available if you buy one tire. They will only install through appointment if you purchase (4) tires 2. Online system says they install up until 7pm. ***They do not***. Their last appointment is at 5:30 pm. Can your online information be more accurate? 3. They always have good prices
Friendly staff. Visited for an oil change only took ~30 mins. Much better than other nearby auto shops I tried. Will be coming back for other services in the future.
