The price is good and I made an oil change reservation at a trustworthy company called Walmart, but the German 3 BMW companies said they can't change the oil, that there is no filter, no special tool, and so on. I'm really disappointed as to why they gave me an appointment through the app.
All the older people who work here are impatient. They're so slow, they're so boorish, they're angry, and it takes three hours my car.
I waited over 2 hours because I got no text, alert, or call that the service was done. I had to check in person. No apology, blank expressions, and poor service. It felt intentionally slow. Walmart should manage and train staff better and take discipline if it continues.

My recent visit to Walmart Auto Center for an oil change was highly disappointing from start to finish. The staff worked extremely slowly and seemed completely disengaged — as though they were in no rush despite several customers waiting. They did not allow customers near their cars, even when little to no work was visibly happening.
