tried to call to see if they had my tires in stock, they transferred me around for 20 minutes and then hung up on me when i finally got to automotive, came in and they dont have the tires 👍
Worst customer service ever. Stopped for an oil change before work. Was not greeted when I walked in nor up to the counter. A woman was at counter but, didn’t bother to address me. I said hello and was immediately told to “hold on” like it was a phone call. I was right in front of her. Still don’t know what she was doing. She was staring down at something and looked lost. I thought these people were mechanics they told me to take my car to a mechanic.
Didn't have oil or filter after scheduled online. Waste of time. Need to get a manager that knows how to order proper items and integrate a system that knows how to coordinate onhand inventory to better service vehicles.
