I honestly believe a nail was inside my tire when they installed it. Doesn't make sense how a month after I get a new tire, I'm having to buy a new one. Very sketchy.
Today an employee stepped up to do what was best for the customer (myself) with my tires. I will not speak on details ,however the mgt. staff backed him up. I have done business here for tires and oil changes on my personal and work trucks for almost 12 years straight, maybe longer I didnt complain or say a word at all. The employee, who fixed my tire issues after another tech did wrong, was a true leader and stood by his word. He needs to be there at all times for tire issues from what i experienced today. I’m very disappointed with Walmart’s Auto Care Center. I brought my vehicle in with a nail in the tire, and all they told me was that the only thing they could do today was an oil change. This is the second time I’ve come here needing a simple tire patch, and both times I was told they couldn’t do it because they’re understaffed. A nail in a tire is a safety issue, not something that should be put off for another day. Glen has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, he messed the ignition up in my car I had to come out of POCKET for a tow truck and to get a new ignition in my car & he called the police on me for trespassing did not want to give me corporate number WONT BE BACK
They forgot to rest my odometer or place a sticker and been a customer for over thirty three years in multiple places . Now my vehicle has change oil soon warning lights everywhere . Oates Street in Alabama rush than tell you two hours was ready in hour. Really confusing and don't have real air conditioning trained mechanics at neither in Alabama .guess I'm back dealing with my home state Fl for any further maintenance
