Pulled up at 6pm for an oil change . They told me come tomorrow from 7am to 7pm. Its 6pm! Claiming they’re busy but have 2 oil changes . Shouldnt be taking more than 20min on an oil change
The person who is in charge of checking the car for the oil changes is so unprofessional . This is the second time I visited this place and He’s always laughing from beginning from ending. What’s funny? Not coming here again. Me as a woman I find this so uncomfortable!!
It’s Sunday Jan 4,2026 7:20 am. The men who work on doing oil changes are unprofessional!!! I asked if I could unscrew my oil cap for them because the top piece broke off so I can do it for them with pliers, they laughed at me making me cry and feel stupid Instead of bring professional men and informing me where I can go buy a new one and then they could do it instead of making me feel stupid and telling me no they can’t do it l, I had to ask if I go buy one somewhere can they do it and they said yes so why not just be helpf... read more

Unbelievable… After a 45-minute wait past my appointment time, three men stood around my car for 15 minutes. I think they were trying to convince the tires to fix themselves. They are touching the tires, going somewhere, coming back… very interesting…
