if I could give 0 stars I would. Called as I was on my way, to check and see if I could get my tires replaced. I was told it’d be a 2-3 hour wait on the phone. I get there try to check in and, to my surprise they told me they were no longer accepting tires. Lol
Called to ask if they were accepting walk-ins, they said they were and told me to bring my vehicle in. Arrived within 30 minutes and tried to check in, however Bill would not let me schedule any tire maintenance services. Waste of time and gas. Should have offered compensation or reimbursement of some kind but ultimately failed. Ridiculous.
This place is terrible. The lady at the front gave me awful instructions. The people working are slow as Christmas. You don’t even save money. Literally go anywhere else
