I took my Chevy to this location for an oil change late November 2024. I had no oil leak prior to this oil change. The next day, I notice a smell of burnt oil after driving my car, but I thought maybe it was excess oil from the day before. A week later I still noticed the smell and noticed drops of oil on the ground in my garage, I did some research on YouTube for this issue and asked someone as well and was told it was probably the oil filter gasket and to take it back to Walmart so they could correct it. You'll be lucky to get them to answer their phone let alone get actual work done. Don't waste your time. There's a firestone and discount tire right there who are actually competent.

The day I scheduled to put on my tires they had all but one person call in so they couldn't do them. They did a great job last year but I give three stars because they are not reliable. When I schedule a week in advance and they can't complete the work it is a huge inconvenience for me.
