Terrible customer service. I tried to book an appointment over the phone and they immediately put me on hold as soon as they picked up. After 20 minutes on hold I eventually gave up and went somewhere else.
Understaffed and doesn't give a shit about you. Don't bother going here. Find anywhere else
I have always had an awesome tire experience at Walmart in Rogers, AR from 2019 to 2024. However, in Jan 2026 at this Overland Park location this became the most horrific experience for so many reasons from appointments at 0700 hrs and no staff available twice (doors locked); needing 2 have the new front tires (Jan purchase) balanced three times; having the trunk panels and pins not secured 25 Feb and totally destroyed one week later 6 Mar 2026 due to anger about the Feb service by a rude auto employee and suggesting it must... read more
Ordered battery online for pickup and install. Wife called ahead and they said just come on in. She waited 2.5 hours for 5 minute swap only to be told that because there was an auxiliary wire on the positive post that they couldn't do it. Complete waste of time very unhelpful and frustrating to say the least. Get it together already.
