The worst don’t even go in for a oil change idk why I would even put a thought into them
I came here for the good deal for tires and tire replacements , I also paid for rebalancing on my tires which was good for two weeks and noticed that we had a bit of shaking when we would get to highway speed. I spoke to a lady over the phone about it she said I could make an appointment to make sure I was seen. I arrive on a Saturday on time, they say it should take no more than an hour. Waited an hour and a half just for them to say they don’t have the right oil filter. absolutely ridiculous.
If you have a diesel don't come here, they don't know what they're doing for oil changes. Last 3 times they've had a problem but I'm assured it'll be fixed and they'll have the correct stuff by next time.. going to have to find a new place for convenient oil changes.
