Staff is kind. My service was quick. Recommend for sure to book an appointment as they get priority.
Derek was very nice and helpful! I didn’t get the name of the technician working on my car but he was also very nice and explained things thoroughly to me.
9AM appointment. Dropped off car at 8:55. Just getting two tires mounted on rims. Not even putting them on the vehicle. Prepaid and scheduled over a week early. Had to get a manager at 9:50 because they had not even started them yet
I spent five hours dealing with them on Thursday cause they couldn’t get their scheduling system to work and everytime they told me to call back later and everytime I did the slot I tried to get I was told had already got booked then once I finally got an appointment I triple checked they had the tires needed in stock and I was assured they yes they had them etc come the appointment time on Saturday I went to check on and showed them everything I had written down about the tires I was quoted and the lady looked at me like I ... read more
