About as much as you can expect from walmart, service on the vehicle was not bad but they definitely didnt go out of there way to take care of it, airhose slapped the side of the truck about a dozen times. No marks or anything so we are good Rate is mostly based on the staff inside the small waiting area, crap talking customers that call in with other service employees then looking at you to agree when they are in fact in the wrong. Came in about 30 minutes before clothes had a simple issue with my tire evolved just needed to replace literally would’ve taken five minutes was turned away and not helped when literally everyone was just standing there on their phones sitting around doing nothing
I come here for oil changes every now and then, and had an unfortunate experience where I was overcharged by somebody. Mark quickly stepped in and was kind and understanding and fixed the issue right away. Super nice guy and exceptional customer service from him. Hope to see him every time I get a service done here. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 3 hours to get your tires changed? This place is a joke. If you have an appointment time you should take priority
