4/28/2024 Making appointments now does make it much faster. I was in an out for my oil change. But I gave a two because the vehicle checks & services performed were FALSE. I have an appointment with my Mechanic tomorrow because I have a headlight, brake light and both tail end lights that are OUT!! BUT Walmart says all lights are GOOD!!! How can I trust that anything was checked?? And I know my air filter is not good at all. Yall are going to have to do better. I even got a 'Good' on my rear wiper....that I DON'T have! Went for oil change and tires rotated, took an hour and a half and they stripped one of my lugs off, they told me it was my fault and wouldnt compensate me at all, even when they were the last ones to tighten my lug nuts from a previous visit plus my lugs arent even rusty, just avoid this place.
If you're not mechanically inclined, don't go here because neither are they. It may be a basic Oil change but you may end up with no oil or too much . Just saying...
Industry “expert” with 2 years experience diagnosed the issue with my tires over the phone without even seeing the vehicle!!! Impressive!! (Insert serious sarcasm) Please don’t claim to know what’s wrong with the “tires” on any vehicle without first actually seeing the tires on said vehicle!!! According to the “expert” my car must somehow be broken for the tires to be going bad after only 21,000 miles. By the way, absolutely nothing wrong with the car.
