No respect customer service employee unprofessional no handling customer
If they tell you a time when your vehicle will be done add at least one hour. Brought a tire in off the car for a patch repair was told 45 minutes and I got it back 2 hours and 20 minutes later .never again
I made an appointment online for new tires almost a week in advance. I showed up for my appointment and was told I wasn't listed. I showed them my confirmation email that confirmed the location, date and time, and was again blankly told I wasn't listed. The manager looked and said my appointment had been cancelled, and that they couldn't help me because they didn't have the tires in. Complete waste of time, unhelpful staff.
4/28/2024 Making appointments now does make it much faster. I was in an out for my oil change. But I gave a two because the vehicle checks & services performed were FALSE. I have an appointment with my Mechanic tomorrow because I have a headlight, brake light and both tail end lights that are OUT!! BUT Walmart says all lights are GOOD!!! How can I trust that anything was checked?? And I know my air filter is not good at all. Yall are going to have to do better. I even got a 'Good' on my rear wiper....that I DON'T have! Went for oil change and tires rotated, took an hour and a half and they stripped one of my lugs off, they told me it was my fault and wouldnt compensate me at all, even when they were the last ones to tighten my lug nuts from a previous visit plus my lugs arent even rusty, just avoid this place.
