This auto center installed the wrong tires on my truck. They did remove them and installed 3 out of 4 of the right tires, because the 4th tire was sent to them as the wrong size. Their heart was in the right place, but the system doesn’t work here.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Walmart Auto Shop. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment for a service and was extremely frustrated that no one ever answered the phone. When I raised this issue I was surprised to find that they didn't seem to be interested in improving the situation. They showed no concern for the inconvenience this was causing customers and seemed content with the current state of affairs.
I went to the auto center several times to get a tire replaced, but every time they had an excuse and didn’t do it.VERY DISAPPOINTING!
People were nice but don't understand internet purchase. Training needed. Also desk computer was inop. Causing more chaos.
Fast service at a very reasonable price and I was able to do some grocery shopping while my tires were installed in less than an hour.
