Stopped to have my tire pressures checked. They were friendly and did so quickly.
Wasting our time at the front desk. Had to wait 10 minutes just for somebody to help us as multiple people walked by.

Took my car into Walmart for a tire repair because they were the only place open on Labor Day. Was told that the wait would be an hour to hours and decided to wait it out. About an hour later, one of the staff comes in from the garage, doesn’t acknowledge anyone in the waiting room and states that “the Subaru can’t be fixed”. We needed a new tire on our rental car. Because it was AWD Walmart refused to put on one tire unless my husband took the old one off himself. The car has no jack or tools. They made him buy them. Couldn't use their tools. They made an 80 year old man do it by himself. I don't know how they can look in the mirror. Awful
