Horrible customer service, lie to your face. Made appointment online, went for scheduled time to have 4 purchased tires put on. Waited 4 hours all while getting phone alerts my vehicle was being serviced. Watched ppl walk up and get serviced. My vehicle was never in a bay despite getting text that my vehicle was being serviced. After 4 hours and seeing everyone getting service except for me I ask and they say oh we haven't gotten to it. I went to Walmart Auto Care for a simple oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. After the service, I noticed that the plastic undercarriage cover was hanging loose and dragging on the ground. They clearly didn’t bother to secure it properly after changing the oil. This is basic attention to detail and safety – if they can’t even fasten something as simple as the underbody panel, what else are they doing wrong? Common issue here. Seems like common sense to not smudge your customer’s car with greasy hands. Here and there steering wheel. Up the standards please.
