I took my camry hynrid for an oil change and they were unable to even open the oil filter. They decided to not work on it and never thought to give me a notification. I waited for morw than an hour and a half and needed to ask multiple times to finally get to know that they stopped working on my car over an hour ago. Absolute trash service and even worse communication. I have been to other walmart auto cares before but this one is the worst. I wouldnt take my car there.
I would like to tell you I was very impressed with the whole team of Walmart Buda Auto Center they did an amazing job fix the problem took care of me I was very impressed
Why do mechanics insist on getting their greasy hands all over the steering wheel and inside the car? It’s been two hours to get my car in to fix a flat tire!
Horrible customer service, lie to your face. Made appointment online, went for scheduled time to have 4 purchased tires put on. Waited 4 hours all while getting phone alerts my vehicle was being serviced. Watched ppl walk up and get serviced. My vehicle was never in a bay despite getting text that my vehicle was being serviced. After 4 hours and seeing everyone getting service except for me I ask and they say oh we haven't gotten to it.
